MT PEAKS Fellow, Montana State University, Aug 2018 - May 2019
Partnership between the mathematical sciences department and the materials science Ph.D. program to broaden the interdisciplinary skills of Ph.D. student mathematicians and statisticians. Included two-semester training and rotation in material science laboratories and direct work and interaction with material science professors and Ph.D. students. My application areas included: ceramics (yttrium stabilized nickel oxides doped with aluminum titanate) and stretch-broken carbon fiber .
